What a joke. I made a reservation for a truck because I needed a truck, online and a week in advance. The day before my reservation, Joel calls me in the morning to see if I can do a smaller compact car, trying to sell me on the benefits of using a smaller car. No, Joel, I reserved a truck because I needed a frickin' truck! No one who reserves - AND RECEIVES A CONFIRMATION OF A RESERVATION - will downsize to a car. THEY NEED A TRUCK FOR A REASON.
