Second, possibly third time we've come to pick up and got something different. We request a minivan, twice now, and got some other thing with less capacity that we desperately needed. This last rental we were switched out with a 4runner with bald front tires - in Montana, with snow on the road - that the kid was just going to give us after checking tire treads on all 4.
