We recently rented a Ford Edge from Enterprise Rent a Car..In Hamilton, Mt. I worked with Joel, he picked me up at S&S Auto Body Inc.. and took me back for the paperwork at Enterprise.. He is very nice and professional, he rented us a washed up,,,clean interior Ford Edge Car.. From A-Z it all went smoothe, and seamless a week later we took the Edge back to Their Hamilton, Mt office..fueled up to the mark they rented it to us at.... TLDR: Don't expect to get a car if you have a reservation. Booked a reservation months out for a standard SUV. Was told the day before pickup that it would be delayed a couple hours. I agreed. Was told a few hours before pickup that they only had a truck available (which wouldn't work for us). I've been an enterprise customer for over a decade. Renting a couple times a year. This is such a disappointment. I won't be renting from them again.
