Usually great service, but this time the car was a bit dirty and smelled like smoke, even though it’s a non-smoking vehicle. Noticed a dent in the trunk the morning after I picked it up. There was also a weave left in the trunk so it was obviously not cleaned or inspected well before I got it. It was parked in my one car garage all night so unsure how the trunk got dented on the top. This location is great. The staff are friendly and were very attentive to any questions I had. I was in and out for my pick up within 5-10 mins. Same with dropping off. Do yourself a favor, reserve from here if you can. Pro tip: make things smoother by filling out the additional info when you make a reservation online. Helps speed thing up for you and the staff.
