New location is great and the staff is friendly and I love the pre-check in transactions are much faster

Great service at Enterprise when we rented a car for a road trip.
Paul the branch manager at West Bend was super as was Gabi who followed up while we were on our trip, the young lady who gave us the car and the gentleman who received the car after our trip! During our trip we inquired about extending the rental a day and received a prompt answer and they reserved the vehicle just in case we needed it. After putting 2000 miles on the vehicle in temps up to 104 degrees we were able to actually return it a little early.
