I have rented from the Laurinburg location a few times. The most recent being this week. I also work with them a lot as I am an insurance agent. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The vehicles I have rented have all been in great condition & very clean. No hassle obtaining rental or returning it.

I had a 9 am reservation. Get to the location & was told they had no cars available. I stated the last time a representative called to let me know that & followed up once a car was available. This representative stated they had customers extend their reservations. I canceled mine & left. The representative was not apologetic & the company wasted my time. I will not deal with them again. They are highly unprofessional.

Poor customer service and very low inventory. Do not bother making a reservation, it is a waste of time. There is no effort put into making sure the type of vehicle you reserved will be on the lot. Update: Contacted customer service, like the comment below suggested. I gave them the info. I was told they were going to make this right and would get me in the vehicle. 5hrs later and I haven't heard anything from anyone.

Failed to honor reservation made. Claimed there were no vehicles available. Three cars on their lot. No phone call, no email, no text, no apology. Absolutely disappointed with this office.
