I have rented for over 5 weeks this time everyone has been great
Henderson enterprise got it right where others messed up. Go Hendo
I have rented multiple cars from the henderson location with no issues. However the minivan I rented on the trip im currently on is completely filthy. Dog hair covering all the seats, trash in the seats, broken air vent, windows so filthy you cant see out of because apparently a dog licked all over them. I have contacted customer service multiple times over it and im still waiting on a response. For the price I paid for the rental I shouldn't be expected to clean it before we even went on vacation.
