Would've given 5 stars because the customer service was great. But the entrances are really steep and very bumpy as you transition from the street into the parking lot. You're turning off of or turning onto a very busy highway but you need to go exceptionally slow to enter and exit their lot.

Great experience at this Enterprise. They picked me up at home to go get the car and everything went quick and smooth while there. The Enterprise I dropped the car off at in Texas was great too. I’ll stick with Enterprise.
