I’ve had consistently great experiences over the past year at this rental location. The staff is extremely nice and helpful when you get your car and at drop off.

I had a great experience picking up my car thanks to Micah. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help me with many different issues and made sure everything was taken care of so I could get my car. I really appreciate his hard work and excellent service.
We literally waited for over an hour to get the car. It was a Saturday morning and there was just 1 representative at the register! Having a location at downtown should ensure customers are attended to appropriately! Pathetic.
Great folks working here and very convenient for downtown car rentals.
