Micah was truly amazing in his friendliness and knowledge. From the moment we walked in he ensured we were taken care of. Honestly, the best car rental experience we have ever had. The entire team in Seattle works like a well oiled machine ensuring all customers are taken care of. From great cars to directions and tips locally, 5 Stars!!!
Easy pickup and drop off, friendly employees and the car was just what we needed - we got a free upgrade to an SUV, which was perfect for our trip.
Great service from the entire downtown Seattle staff. Micah at the front desk was awesome, super fast (one of the fastest checkouts I have had) and has a great personality . . . he's defiitely management material. T was also great and very helpful in showing us how to put the seats down in the Pacifica. I had to extend our rental twice and each time I called, Mitch was kind and quick on the phone in helping me extend. Everything was smooth and seamless. Excellent professional customer service. They were able to immediately change my rental reservation from another enterprise location on a Friday and they fixed our trip...they even were able to transfer our discount points.
