I don't think I am the best candidate to leave a review. I am completely unhappy and disappointed with enterprises services and the way that they deal with their customers. Completely unprofessional and they treated Me like a piece of garbage.i wish I could click zero stars because they are not worthy of even one star. Their rates and deposit amounts are completely unheard of and unbelievable.they act like you are trying to steal your rental car if u need to extend for a NY reason at all.

Horrible customer service and laziness from the employees. Rude and completely disrespectful. Zero stars still isn’t low enough. Go anywhere but here.

This was my first time renting a car. They made the process so easy from start to finish. They’re conveniently located downtown. Staff was kind and helpful, even asked for feedback in person about what they could improve on and I couldn’t even think of anything because they took good care of us. I would 100% rent a car from them again.

Xavier Saenz at this Enterprise office is awesome! We rented our car at the Portland airport and drove it up to Seattle from there after driving around Oregon looking at colleges. I have never been to Seattle so I didn’t know what to expect and thought we would be able to get around without a car, so I originally planned to drop it off after our first day here…boy was I naive!
