We go to the Carol Stream location and have never had a problem. They are personable and go out of the way to help. We will be back. Grant was really helpful today!
Previous customers got an accident with the minivan that I was going to get. I was offered with a Wagoneer instead. I didn’t take it since it’s going to be hard for parking where I’m going for my trip. The staff tried their best to arrange a minivan from another location. It took 2 hours but I finally got the van. Given the holiday rush, the unexpected accident, and how the staff effectively handled it, I highly recommend this location
Dirty car, no gas, no windshield fluid. Reservation was confused and canceled but put in a car anyway.
