The rental car was dirty and smelled terrible. It smelled like weed. I had to put the windows down it was that bad. Thankfully I only needed it 2 days and my car was done at the repair shop.
This is this is the first time that I’ve ever had a problem with Enterprise and it was a new location. The customer service rep had apparently not checked the vehicle out correctly and offered me one that had not been cleaned and ready for use. When I returned the vehicle, the rep I talked to compensated me and the customer service I received from him was excellent.
Cust service is a plus, got the car and deposit back, thats all I asked for
From start to finish, this was a really great experience. The reservation process was easy, and when I arrived at the location, everything was smooth and efficient. The gentleman who helped me was kind and welcoming, made eye contact, and took care of everything quickly.
