The Staff at 160 Hope Court, Nicholasville, KY Enterprise Car Rental are very Professional and Friendly. Joe, Anna and Bret all answered the many questions, before leaving the Rental place and while on the road, dealing with an SUV’s many control buttons, I was unfamiliar with. I highly recommend this Enterprise for rentals.
These people are friendly, accommodating, all smiles it was smooth transition, I had No problems when i turned the car back in, my deposit was refunded immediately! They took me where I needed to go afterwards. They are on the ball here.
Absolutely the best counter agents for insurance rentals. On the other hand , the surly used car/ truck agents were protecting parking spaces from every one who drove up. Unless you were there to rent or buy their trucks.
Excellent customer service representatives. Quick time getting into a car and on my way.
