Taylor did his best to understand and correct our concerns after having not the greatest rental experience. My advice would be for customers to really inspect the cars before leaving the lot. Make sure that the heads up display wasn't cleaned wrong and destroyed the plastic that shields the speedometer and gauges. Once you get on the interstate heading towards your destination it's a little late and not being able to tell how fast your going is huge when your driving through the night. They are super nice in this location!
Was involved in a car accident where insurance supplied a rental vehicle through enterprise. The car had some issues, unlocking and locking due to a key fob. At one point, I was unable to get me and my children in the vehicle because of this issue. We was at a store and trying to get back in the jeep renegade. I hit the unlock button till I heard the car doors unlocked. I quickly open the door, and the doors automatically locked back. The Staff at 160 Hope Court, Nicholasville, KY Enterprise Car Rental are very Professional and Friendly. Joe, Anna and Bret all answered the many questions, before leaving the Rental place and while on the road, dealing with an SUV’s many control buttons, I was unfamiliar with. I highly recommend this Enterprise for rentals.
