Excellent service, everything was on time, all my questions were always answered!
Used to only rent cars from this location almost monthly. After my last experience, will now go out of my way to rent elsewhere. Only 2 cars available. Given a the car that had tape holding the windshield down and tire pressure light on. Along with ZERO communication that I was given a car showing empty fuel light on. Offered to give me another car later in the day-unfortunately I had someplace to be. Thank the gods I used my Amex and didn’t have any penalties or cancellations.
Great Service. I am an old guy and helped every step of the way. I loved the car I got. There were no negatives with my experience whatsoever.Must add, Alex, Ian, and Shakeh were so kind and personable. Great service! I am a happy customer! I will be back!
