Great people to deal with, very helpful and patient. Extending the rental was easy and able to do it over the phone while driving. No need to look up details or receipt numbers, they had it covered.
I've been calling for three days straight at least ten times a day and no one has picked up the phone lol. trash ass service
For over 15 years, it has always been a pleasure to rent a car at this La Crescenta location, and I really appreciate the pickup service.
I was charged a daily fee for a protection plan that was not represented correctly by an associate. I had to pay over 600 dollars for a plan that I have insurance that covers me for any car I drive. When I addressed this charge I was told I should of read the contract so there was nothing that could be done and I had to pay. WRONG way to handle a second time customer.
I had the best experience ever with two different ladies that are from two different locations that are sisters. They were super nice informant and there was the best customer service I ever had. I will never rent a car from anywhere besides rental car and surprise. 100% satisfied highly recommended
