Reserved a full size pickup two weeks in advance for an 8:30am pick up time. Received a call at 8:29am, while waiting in line at the store that they didn’t have the reserved truck. We were told that even though you have a reservation, it doesn’t mean they will have the vehicle available. Why do you offer reservations if you aren’t going to honor it?
