We were met with professionalism, courtesy and both employees we worked with were personable and made eye contact during conversations. Excellent service!
Customer service is poor.. I rented a car that had no oil in it and barely had enough fuel in it to make it to the gas station . The counter person did very little to address my concerns.

Quick and easy process. Everyone was informative and very helpful
I just dropped off my rental car this afternoon and i wanted to leave a note about my FANTASTIC experience with Tyrus and Taofik. Both were very friendly and efficient while also being understanding and considerate dealing with my unique circumstance. The vehicle I rented was also great - SUPER clean and smelled amazing - like seriously, what air fresheners do you use? All in all a great experience - I won’t hesitate to return if I ever need a rental again.
