5 star customer service. Served with water that is ice cold.
The car we picked up in phoenix was a little scratched up, but it was harder to see in the dark airport garage than the daylight, so we were worried it might not be recorded as previous damage. Keisha went out to check it while we were still there, so we could show her the pictures we took at the beginning of the trip if there was anything that wasn’t recorded. It all was, so we didn’t need to, but it was nice to know we didn’t have to worry about saving/sending the pictures later!
The Enterprise Rent-A-Car office in Sierra Vista, Arizona was great to work with. The staff, all of them, were very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I ended up needing to rent a vehicle for a whole month, and they were just fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle rental!
The staff is always friendly and professional, and making reservations and picking up a car is easy and convenient. I truly appreciate this group of staff members.
