First time in three years we’ve rented from this location and it continues to be 5 star service. Picking up our car was incredibly quick and thorough. Dropping off was a little busy but still a painless process. This location offers the great experience we’ve come to expect from the chain.

The first time being at this place. The process was quick , they were very friendly. Did not know how busy this place was, especially on a Sunday. A very nice, organized and clean location. The vehicle rented was very clean and smelled nice.

The service personnel at the Sierra Vista, AZ site are outstanding individuals. They went about and beyond to get me in a rental vehicle. Welcoming you as one of their family members from the minute you walked in. Very friendly and full of knowledge, I felt comfortable talking with them and explained all that applied to me. Thank you for being an A+ service center. They set the example of what every retail center should be modeled after.

The entire rental process was excellent, from the online reservation to pick-up and drop-off. I was extremely pleased with my experience. Nakiesha at the Sierra Vista office was a pleasure to work with.
