Reserved a vehicle weeks in advance only to be contacted less than 24hrs prior to pick up that they had no vehicle for me. Poor customer service and poor business practice. Lack of help to resolve issue is astonishing from branch level to corporate. It’s no wonder that the reviews on multiple platforms are low.
I arrived here on time to pick up the vehicle I reserved. However, the staff told me that there were no available vehicles for the time being and I needed to wait for at least two hours before I could pick up the vehicle... With no other choice, I had to cancel the order and take Uber to another car rental company to handle the consequences caused by the irresponsibility here! Great location good Service
Arrived on time for our scheduled pick up. Our car wasn't ready and we were invited to wait. We were not offered a different vehicle as ours had not yet been returned. It showed up later and an hour after it was clean and ready. Except for the interior windows coated in vinyl fog. Everyone was polite. No one bothered to inform us of the truth.
They didn't have a lot of cars to choose from, but Ashley M. provided me with great customer services and the best car twice. So, if you need a good rental and great customer services be sure to ask for her.
