I wouldn't even really rate this with one star or even half a star. Renting a car here or I should say trying to rent a car here was a complete waste of time. Reserved a car SEVERAL WEEKS in advance for a trip and needed a car to seat at least 6 passengers. Received a call the day before at 2pm about my reservation for noon the next day letting me know in advance that they didn't have a car for me. Offered no real resolution at all. Reserved a vehicle weeks in advance only to be contacted less than 24hrs prior to pick up that they had no vehicle for me. Poor customer service and poor business practice. Lack of help to resolve issue is astonishing from branch level to corporate. It’s no wonder that the reviews on multiple platforms are low.
I arrived here on time to pick up the vehicle I reserved. However, the staff told me that there were no available vehicles for the time being and I needed to wait for at least two hours before I could pick up the vehicle... With no other choice, I had to cancel the order and take Uber to another car rental company to handle the consequences caused by the irresponsibility here!
