Rented a Chevy Aveo on line and because my reservation was way earlier than I needed the car, I was moved ahead in line and also upgraded at no charge.
Manager copped an attitude as soon as I walked in. Gave me car that smelled of marijuana said "it was last rented by a regular customer" causing our luggage and car seat to continue to smell like it. Will never go back to this office.
