Great service and follow up. Got the car I needed
I have been going to Northville location every weekend four times a month For the last few years to rent a car. My life was hell till a few months ago a new manager, Lorenz took over. He is professionalism personified. he is the sweetest, kindest, gentle soul who makes it all look seamlessly easy even though he’s tackling 10 things at once. He reassures everybody’s comfortable. The rental was dirty with pet hair all over. It was a minivan and the seats were up but I folded them it was extremely disgusting and smelled terrible. Dog hair all over. It was too late to return it.
The cars is not worth the money. There were no decent cars and it was not worth it.
