After being struck by a deer my insurance had me get a rental through enterprise in Northville, MI. I worked with Ashley. She was incredible with keeping me up to date with fees and so forth. Very much appreciated

Ashley, The rental manager at the Northville Michigan Enterprise rental office was very accommodating and caring for me as an insurance customer. Will definitely recommend that site for friends that need to rent a vehicle
Ashely Williams helped me out in a tough spot. She kept the shop open until I could get there and I left with an inexpensive rental. Very positive experience, I’d recommend this location.
The ladies at this location are so kind and helpful. After a hard 24 hrs with little sleep, i am very thankful for the 2 ladies who quickly closed out my rental, explained all the charges and provided the receipt. To my surprise one of them also gave me a ride to my destination even though it was rush hour and location was few miles out of her way. They did not accept a tip nor did they charge me! The experience filled me with so much joy. I am humbled to witness such care and kindness. 🙂
