I have a claim with insurance to get a car at Enterprise and started in Livonia with the rudest employee who knew nothing about customer service. His manager supported him when he walked away from me. I then decided to go to northville inspite of the reviews. I got the best service from KJ and she explained to me that she was the only person there. She apologized for my experience in Livonia and continued to work on gois a car . If I could leave a zero I too would. They are grossly understaffed. Only one person at the desk and this person has to clean cars too. Employees are clearly burnt out. After waiting 30 minutes , they told me they didn’t have the car I reserved and would have to clean one that was just returned. I chose to take it dirty because I couldn’t afford another 30 minutes. The car’s engine light was on. When I came to return the car there was another wait- 3 people ahead of me.
