This location is usually pretty good but waited a full hour this morning to pick up my rental car because they were short staffed. Two people waiting ahead of me when I got there. By the time I got my car the inside was full of people waiting. I wonder how long they had to wait. This delay made me half hour late for where I needed to be today which made me look bad. Pickup usually takes less than ten minutes so I thought I was giving myself plenty of time but I guess I need to budget an hour pickup here for the future. Hopef... read more
Waited about 20 minutes to be told the car I ordered over the phone isn't available. Nobody bothered calling me to let me know. Their Customer Service is horrible. They have a sign in the lobby that they're cleaning cars and will be up front every 20 minutes so just wait and someone will eventually come. Dont go here!
Ashley was amazing! I came into the Northville Enterprise and it was very busy. She took the time to acknowledge everyone that walked in the door. She was efficient, friendly, and very thorough.
The entire experience was bad (except for one helpful manager who did her best to solve many issues). We reserved a minivan months in advance. I called twice in the weeks prior to ask questions, but the rep spoke very little english and could not understand what I was asking. He said someone would call me back, but that never happened. When we arrived to pick up the van they said it wasn't available because "I never responded to an email they sent" (from someone's personal email account) to confirm.
