I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience. After traveling from out of state for my reservation, I was informed upon arrival that there were no suitable cars available. The only alternative provided was a large pickup truck, which was not a viable option for my four-hour drive and did not have the secure, enclosed cargo space required for my equipment. Servicevvery timely. Staff all friendly personable and professional. Car was perfect!
I had a very unpleasant experience. I placed a reservation through our insurance but then when I arrived at the location they said they did not have a car. The person helping us, who stated he was also a manager was not helpful and rude. He did give us feedback but he was extremely snarky and saying that we were an inconvenience. When I said I'd like his name to file a complaint he said that he cannot give his name. We did stay around and found out his name is Sergio (don't know spelling).
