The staff was great at this location. They were friendly and helpful. The minivan was very clean when I picked it up. I would recommend here if you needed a rental. Brandon was my main representative I delt with but also (i believe) Kelly over the phone when I needed to extend my rental. The entire staff were a pleasure to deal with.

Watch out for the so called "optional" insurance that I even tried to opt out of. I wasted about 500$ for no reason because they dont mention that your personal insurance covers the rental vehicle. Scam artists. Never again.
I had the pleasure of having Isaiah in the Hudson branch as my rep who helped me. He was very professional and got me into a vehicle as soon as possible(same day). He was very helpful with my whole experience. I would highly recommend Enterprise if you’re in a pinch
