I rent monthly from this location and three weeks ago I made a reservation for Wednesday, May 27 with an 8am pick up. As always I confirmed my reservation the day before. I arrived at their parking lot at 7:15am as I had to be dropped off. At 7:25am I received a call from a service agent inside this location telling me they had no vehicles available. Horrible experience. In north Carolina car broke down and needed car to get back to Michigan. Booked a car 4 different times . They confirmed the cars every time only to call within a half hour to 15 minutes of picking up car to be told they have no cars available. Will never deal with them ever again. The one star I gave is only an exaggeration. They don't deserve that at all.😡.

Terrible customer service. I was told on the day I was supposed to pick up that no cars were available even though I got a confirmation email when I booked 5 days ago.
Many thanks to Tabitha and her manager for helping us get out of an unfortunate situation. Our rental car was having mechanical issues and after speaking with the roadside assistance people we were directed to go to their location for a vehicle swap. The stuff was very professional and understanding and we got out of there in no time! Thank you for helping us!
