Thank you to Paul for his gracious service! I was unexpectedly delayed in arriving for my pickup and got there just after they had closed for the day. Paul was, in fact, getting into his own car when I pulled up. He unlocked the store and rebooted the system to get me set up and on my way. Saved the day!

This woman lied and said she didn’t have the rental for my mother and proceeded to glare at me in the parking lot and talk about my mother saying “they get all kinds of people around there”. The other man inside rented my mother the car with no issues. This woman was obviously annoyed that I came in to double check and tried to glare at me while working with another customer. Hostile attitude and definitely shouldn’t be working with the public.

If you can find another rental car company that would be advisable. First they had no vehicle on the lot according to the lady who answered the phone. Then they made statements that they would be able to change the dates for the rental. Then they debited my account for $298.67 and told me they had tried to reach me. No phone call, text or email from them. When I called the same lady I had talked to previously was sarcastic, argumentative and rude.
