Absolutely great service. I needed a rental for two days and picked up. They were on time and professional. The entire team I dealt with were fabulous. A special shout out to Tabitha in the Franklin, NC location. She was the rare great customer service rep that everyone wishes they had when dealing with a business.
Enterprise is absolutely amazing. Great customer service. The car I rented was great. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I honestly wasn’t going to leave a review but I’ve been mulling it all over and getting more annoyed by the experience as I go. I was provided a car via insurance while my car was in the shop. I informed them that the car needed to be big enough for my car seat so I could fit my 2 year old in. The car I got smelled like an ash tray.
