I rent a car from Enterprise on Blue Heron Blvd once or twice a yr. and I typically find great service. Yes it can take 30+ for them to pick you up, but you just have to plan a head. Thank you for your quality service.
Unfortunately it took 2 hours to get into a car the day i came with a reservation. i should have been given a discount for the time spent waiting from one location to the next. Also the car I rode in to get a car from the North-lake location wreaked of weed smoke. I was not happy at all. I will still use Enterprise again, but I hope they give me a break next time...
