When renting I supplied my personal credit card. The car was a loaner through Progressive. When I returned the car Enterprise not only incorrectly charged me for 4 days, but put the charge on my employer credit card I have on file because I rent from this location when traveling for work. This location refuses to reverse the charge on my employer credit card, instead wanting to refund me personally. They were very thorough and took great care of us with our trip, my husband rented it and all but I wanted to be sure they knew how much we appreciated them we had a tire issue in the way home and they were very accommodating!
Customer service was phenomenal! Facility and car was clean. Team was engaging and was kept informed throughout the process. Overall great experience!! Thank you!
