This location does not maintain staff during their posted hours. Have tried to get service here on a Monday and a Wednesday during their posted hours and no one is there to be responsive issues we have with our rental car from them.

Be forewarned this location is closed due to lack of employees. The Enterprise Roadside Assistance personnel sent me to this location to swap out a car due to air conditioning issues. I got there nobody was there; I called them back and they insisted it was open. I ended up being sent all the way to Flagstaff for the car swap. The employees there told me the Sedona location has been closed for weeks due to staffing issues and it’s probably going to be permanently closed. Very good team at sedona. Worst experiencè at San francisco. Beautiful loving people upgraded me to my dream car. The team is compassionate and explains everything in detail. They also guided me properly so that my drop location is cheapest.

We originally hired a car in Los Angeles, and we had to swap it at Sedona for a replacement as it was having issues. We were served by Drake who was incredibly helpful, he had a replacement car ready to go for us first thing in the morning. He got us back on the road and was very good to us! Fantastic service and clear communication.
