Major breakdown in communication between this location and Enterprise Roadside Assistance. Flat tire, roadside assistance dispatched a service to come swap for the donut and asked us to come to this location for an exchange. Received a second call within minutes asking us instead to take the car to a shop to replace/repair the tire, who, upon arrival, advised us of a multi-hour delay. This location does not maintain staff during their posted hours. Have tried to get service here on a Monday and a Wednesday during their posted hours and no one is there to be responsive issues we have with our rental car from them.
Be forewarned this location is closed due to lack of employees. The Enterprise Roadside Assistance personnel sent me to this location to swap out a car due to air conditioning issues. I got there nobody was there; I called them back and they insisted it was open. I ended up being sent all the way to Flagstaff for the car swap. The employees there told me the Sedona location has been closed for weeks due to staffing issues and it’s probably going to be permanently closed.
