After frustrating experiences trying to rent a car elsewhere, renting here went extremely smooth. Noah was extremely polite, professional and quick. He made it one of the absolute best experiences I've had renting a vehicle. Would absolutely recommend this location.
Noah the GM is hands down the best ever customer service person I have ever encountered in my rental car experience over the past 20+ years. From even before I was able to pick up my car to checking in with me after my rental was dropped off. I will be using this location when visiting Vero Beach over any other!!
If I could give this location zero i ABSOLUTELY would. My fiancé went in to pick up a 3 row vehicle and came back with none. They claimed the vehicle we reserved over a MONTH ago was in the shop due to a flat tire. They also mention try tried to call us but we never got any calls , missed calls nor a voicemail from anyone the last few days . The rep that assisted my fiancé today was Noah.
