Staff member Michael was amazing. He was very polite and professional and informative. He even dropped us off at our hotel after we returned our rental saving us a long walk. Checking in online was a breeze. The standard car we rented was clean and just exactly what we needed. All and all a very positive experience.

terrible service. they told me my car was reserved, i went in to collect the car, and was told there was not a single car available, the guy in the the office was so blatantly unbothered and unhelpful about the situation, i found another rental service, i said "im desperate for a car, i had a bad experience this morning" his reply "let me guess.... enterprise". seeing all the inane replies to negetive reviews on here, i dont expect anything to ever change here, and i wont be visiting your customer "care" section in your webs... read more
