I had a booking for 8/21-08/26. I have rented from this location many times before. I get there and there are many customers who are standing outside in confusement because there was a note that said that they were closed for the summer. We had no warning, emails, or calls concerning this matter. I had to scramble around to find another rental vehicle. I will never use Enterprise again.
Apparently, being on time is an issue for this place been sitting here an hour talked to customer service. Multiple times had a reservation and everything but no one seems to want to show up.
I called their establishment & left 2 messages on their VM on 8/14/2023 bc I wuz in need of a rental. No one returned my call so I went elsewhere. Poor customer service.
