Untrained and unprofessional staff who will give you one set of info on the phone and change it when u show up to get the car.
Lack of information from employee You make reservation, you get there car is not there. Offered me the car at another location. 20 minutes ride. We accepted a different car then we have to wait that they wash the car. They took 30 minutes of our time. We had to return the car at 12 noon. If we return the car at 1 pm, they charge me for 2 days rental. Some sort of scheme ?
