I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for many years. I had a disappointing experience for my over the weekend. I pointed out that the car was quite dirty on the outside and inside when I picked it up. The employee who was handing the car off to me was kind enough to ask the detailer to wash it again, saying it had already been cleaned. It took about 5 minutes and when the car returned it looked wet like it had been hosed down quickly on the outside, but once it started drying it was clear no soap was used and the car ... read more
Great customer service - they take care of you and are responsive to whatever your needs are.... they don't make you wait for ages to get help or up-charge you for un-asked for perks..... unlike some of the other rental companies near by 😅👀
