Poor Experience from Start to Finish Waited 40 minutes for a dirty vehicle, was given the wrong keys, and almost charged extra despite my insurance covering the rental. I had no choice in the vehicle, and now after calling customer service, they want me to exchange it — wasting even more of my time. Completely disorganized and frustrating experience with Enterprise.
Not tons of options like the airport Enterprise, but they worked out well. They didn't have the car I reserved online, but gave me a good deal with another car. Nice people, good service.
