I had an issue with a mistake on my file from 2021 and instead of helping me find a solution for a mistake from their previous employee the manager never took my calls and had her staff tell me she would she never asked me what happened even that experience in 2021 the car I was provided began rattling while on the freeway making me waste time and go back to swap it paid everything in full to be incorrectly listed on a do not rent list. Very helpful, friendly, and professional staff. Timely notifications and responses to all my questions. Full disclosure, insurance covered the cost, as this was a rental while our car was in repair.
Friendly and professional staff who treated us well. Reserved vehicle was available when we arrived and we were able to select among three vehicles with 8-person seating capacity. 734 San Bruno location is a short Uber ride (less than 10 minutes from SFO airport). Very comfortable for 8 people even with long distances traveled (three National Parks).
The most friendly, courteous, helpful staff I have ever encountered at a car rental. Location was convenient despite being away from the airport. It saved us on airport taxes, and fees. Car was ready, clean, and in fantastic shape. Again, the staff made the five star rating.
All the employees I interacted with were really nice.
