We didn't realize that this enterprise was not an airport terminal location but 5 minutes away..when we returned our vehicle..it was so disappointing that we couldn't even get dropped off at the airport by an attendant.my husband is an Emerald Club Member..shame ..poor customer service

I rented a car from here through an insurance company while my vehicle was being repaired after an accident. Overall I had a good experience. Everything went smoothly, and I didn’t have any issues during the rental. One thing to be aware of: if you use toll roads or express lanes with the rental car, you’ll be charged the toll amount plus an additional $4.99 fee each time. It’s not a huge deal, but I wish I had known about it beforehand. Other than that, the experience was straightforward and hassle-free.
Always satisfied with car rental My only concern is that signal warning light and message popped up on my way to Brentwood , CA I called customer service they gad an other car on hold to swap cars. I went to Enterprise Rebt A Car in the morning the next day. Agent told me he will reset warning light I still had 5000 mile for car to get serviced. I had to delay my road trip till next morning to drive to SoCal for my uncle’s 90th Birthday celebration. I arrived at 7:00 PM to Chino Hills with no problems.
Team was awesome and both super efficient and friendly. Also HUGE shoutout to Helen for finding my AirPods and running them over to me before I left. Literally saved my trip. Thank you!
