I returned a rental car (booked through insurance from a San Jose enterprise location) to this San Bruno location and Igor was extremely helpful and nice! I overfilled the gas tank & he ended up giving me a $20 credit off the additional I had to pay out of pocket, which was not expected but SO kind of him :-) He also helped me arrange a drop-off ride to the dealership nearby. Thanks Igor for such a pleasant experience!
I rented a car from them and when they gave it to me it was short on gas but they told me it was fun I said I looked the game shows that I said all the computer shows different so I took it can I put 4.79 in it and then I want to talk to them and I showed them the receipt and I told them the guy that helps you know she said will reimburse you when he told the manager and she said that you will reimburse you when you bring it back so when I brought it back they didn't because your insurance is paying for the rental car and ev... read more
Great experience with this Enterprise Team. Professional, honest, and polite. Quick car pickup and drop off. They were very accommodating. And also tracked me down a week later to let me know I dropped a phone under the seat. Thanks Ian and team for your professionalism and honesty.
