Unfortunately, I was rear-ended and I needed a rental to bridge the gap as my car was repaired. The staff here were friendly, understanding, and provided explanations for all of my questions. I received a comparable vehicle, nicely maintained and under 10000 miles. I was able to do a video walkthrough. They said not to worry about scratches that weren't marked on the form day of, because we missed one. It was easy to extend the rental time due to repairs taking longer than previously thought.
