Lost car, lousy service
Had such a great rental experience that I bought the same vehicle from Enterprise sales.
The rudest customer service on a Saturday and I wish I could give zero stars. There was an issue with Costco and the hours that they listed we booked with Costco travel. We arrived a little after they closed (not knowing) and the woman, before we could even get out of the car; came outside, “I don’t know what you are doing here. We are closed and I can’t help you.” She proceeded to watch us and then got in her car and BLOCKED the exit because she had to close the gate instead of waiting for us to leave. This is the second time I rented a car from this location. The first time was when I had my 2001 Ford Mustang in the shop. More recently, my car was totaled so my insurance paid for the rental while they made a determination as to the disposition of my vehicle. For my needs I thought a car on the small to mid-size was adequate, so I chose a 2025 Toyota Camry.
