Had such a better Experience her than SFO International. Rented twice within 2 weeks and got upgrade to a Tesla both times for no extra charge. Special shout out to Reanne, Tyler, and Helen. They definitely gave us a great experience everytime we went. Thank you San Bruno enterprise.
Tyler P. picked me up after my car was dropped off at the auto body shop and got me into my rental without missing a beat. He was also working the day I returned my rental as well. Thank you, Tyler, for the great customer service! Shout out to Nathan who dropped me off at the auto body shop and to the lady who disinfected my rental before I hopped in as well. Great team at this location.
Great location if you wanna cheap out and not pay the airport fees for the rental. We got this Mercedes CLA for the price of a Toyota Corolla if you were to rent it at the airport. Honestly I did not expect too much however the car was not filled up. The gas was only half full, headlight was cracked. Everything was pointed out when we picked up the car. No shuttle to and from the airport so you can uber to the location for $35. However we took the airport tram to the long term parking and walked 10-15 mins to the location. I... read more
Very smooth check in and pick up process. I was sent here by AAA insurance for my rental during the time car is in the shop. It went very well and I was out of the lot in less than 10 minutes.
