The company is great, the people at the front desk were outstanding. The car was not as clean as I would prefer.
Poor customer service!! Still waiting on phone call from management..
My experience was pretty okay. At first I was attempting to rent a truck from a different location for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, the truck’s radio was not working. To try to retain my reservation for the company; that manager told me he made a reservation for another truck for me through this location. Of course it’s Labor Day weekend, so I get there and no trucks. I live 40 mins from this location and didn’t want to wait around for hours in hopes that other renters would return a truck in a timely manner. Now of course on a S... read more
