The rental agreement had the wrong license plate #. This caused a major problem when transferring our commuter railroad parking permit to the rental resulting in a violation ticket. We had to visit and contact the town clerk's office and traffic violation office to ultimate resolve the issue. Despite that the rental agreement could not be changed by the local rental office, the staff, especially Aniya Nicholson, did a great job to communicate with the town clerk's to assist me. You should congratulate Aniya!
Very unprofessional and unwelcoming staff working at this location. I reserved a vehicle via Enterprise Call Center and I appreciate that they picked me up from my Repair Center location. I was told that Audi Q5/A5 was available for me to pick up from that location or Deer Park location. When I reach there, the vehicle was not available and literally, they only have 1 vehicle available. I was in the situation to take it or leave it. Lara is the absolute best customer service rep around. She deserves to be CEO of any company. She got me a car when I was in a pinch and there wasn't any cars available. 5 stars.
