There is no better service than Tracy and her staff at this Enterprise location. It is always a pleasant experience renting from them. Whatever you need, they will make it happen!!
My Girlfriends Brother passed away and we needed a car to go. I told her I would handle getting her their. The girl at the counter was preoccupied, and dismissive. She wouldn't discuss the terms of the rental when my girlfriend asked. I reserved a car online with a promotional agreement. We were upgraded and received no explanation. The girl applied the premium insurance choice. I didn't argue that was not the time.
