The rep that picked me up at the collision center was very nice and kind.
The literal definition of bad customer service. Will refuse service if any reaction is shown to the inconvenience they are causing you by offering ridiculous alternatives to what was reserved since they don't have that either (what's the point of a reservation? ). 2nd time at this location, each time it was a different thing I was doing wrong. Branch manager isn't interested in helping, chimes in out of nowhere. They were both driving home some nice company vehicles though. I keep having to update this review. The alternativ... read more
