Sad short story concerning my car lease in affiliation w/a provided car lease while my car was being repaired. A total disconnect between Cental hub, local leasing affiliate at the inconvience of customer - me & insurance agency. Left me hanging (no coordinated service) during drop and pickup of my leased car, while my car was being repaired via an auto claim. Sorry but very disappointing -
