I used the Enterprise in Steger Illinois, the people that work there are awesome! Very helpful, polite and all around great guys! I was very satisfied with my vehicle also. Completely ruined my family's vacation schedule for this weekend had to cancel the air bnb we booked that's alot
Reserved the vehicle type( minivan) a month in advance. No minivan available on day of pickup. ( needed the minivan for 5 people and luggage). Had to take a 3 yr old gas guzzling Ford Explorer that had 56,000 miles. Vehicle broke down after only 1 hour on the road. The worst part was l had to call the service help number 5 times over 3 hours in 90 degree heat waiting for an Urber that never arrived.
