Well they used to be better. The car we used worked fine except for the 12V power outlet. We were unable to charge our phones or use the GPS we brought along. I called the location and the person I talked to had no idea what to do. I brought this up when I returned the car and all I got was a "sorry about that". A few years ago when I rented from Enterprise they would of tried to make it up some how. Also, the blankety-blank web site won't let me join the rewards program and phone calls just get me shuffled to some one else ... read more
I was very upset with Enterprise this morning when I went in to pick up my rental. I called on Monday and made reservations. I told the person I spoke to that I would be using a debit card and verified what I would need when I arrived. I specifically requested an Equinox because my wife had rented one from Enterprise before and liked it. The agent said the reservation was all set up and I could pick it up this morning with no problem. I should also mention that I do have an Enterprise Plus membership.
