While traveling alone I had car troubles at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon. Called the local Enterprise car rental office and they had me set up with a car and on my way in just a few minutes! Also gave me a ride to my car repair shop after I dropped my rental off on Monday morning. All of the office staff at their Carson City, NV office were very professional, helpful and efficient! 10 out of 10 satisfied!!
Highly recommend this location. Spoke with two different team members and each were professional, courteous, and helpful. Shout out to Cameron (sp?) who was willing, able, and instrumental in helping us to solve a problem.
We always rent from this location! The staff is amazing
Victoria in Carson city was amazing. Really took care of me. I don't no what she makes but I'd give her a raise. Thanks Victoria I'll be back
