Unfortunately, this is the first and last time I’ll ever be using enterprise. Had to use them after my truck went down. First off, they give me an Altima with no plates and an expired moving permit. Then ford finally decides to pay for a loaner which will be paid through enterprise. I go over to enterprise to pick up my loaner and hey say “well there is just no Fords in today but for sure Monday or Tuesday”. I occasionally rent cars here over the last several years. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The drivers who pick up and drop off are also friendly and respectful. We’re very lucky to have them here!
Unfortunately this was my first negative experience with Enterprise. The car was absolutely filthy and smelled bad, but they had no other cars to give me unless I wanted to wait even longer than the 30+ minutes I already spent waiting. I booked an SUV but I ended up having to get a compact car, I would’ve used a different vendor had I know they would not be able to fulfill my request.
The car was on time, full of fuel, clean, and the price was extremely fair! Carson City Enterprise is a place. I would definitely use again.
