I walked in and was immediately greeted. The associate helped me find a car to fit my needs quickly all while being professional and friendly. I only needed a car for a day and was on my lunch break from work, so the process being efficient was greatly appreciated. Upon return, I was helped out quickly by another friendly associate. I left feeling taken care it and glad I chose Enterprise.

My car broke down on a cold snowy evening, driving my kids to work & appointments. Called Enterprise in Carson City (our local + my hubby also frequently rents work vehicles with his corporate account). They had a car for me! The day was saved! Yea! Called a cab ($40 I should have spent to get a ride home instead! to get daughter & I to Enterprise before they closed at 6pm. Arrived @ 530pm but my driver's license was in my ski jacket at home. Unfortunately these guys are stuck in an old school era of technology. They don’t accept electronic forms of ID or payment. Enterprise, If you want to improve your customer experience, don’t waste my time. Update your technology and your policies, thank you.
