Two years ago I rented a car from here. When I returned it I was informed of a dent in the side which I had no knowledge of. I had to lean down and squint to even see it. It's possible it was there when I picked up the car. Shocked. Anyway, this big body repair process was started and I received a bill from Enterprise for $700. Every staff member I encounter from pick up to return went above and beyond in friendliness and helpfulness. I would recommend this location solely based on the staff! The van I rented was clean and well maintained. The pick up and drop off were both fast and smooth.

We rented the car for 3 days but returned it on the 2nd day because we did not need it but was still charged for 3 days plus an astronomical tax rate that equaled to around 14 to 19%????????

This is the absolute worst Enterprise I have ever been to, and I rent cars very frequently from this company for work purposes. I should've known better than to give them a second chance after they wouldn't drive me 7 minutes away to my mechanic's shop. But, I had no choice but to rent from them a second time, and it has been the most infuriating experience I have ever had with a rental car place.
