Even though our experience needing a rental sucked. Getting the rental once back to Ohio was easy. Thanks for being the only easy thing to do out of this situation.
Made a reservation for a car weeks ago. These people call the day of and say they don’t have a car and didn’t bother to try to find one for me at another location. This caused a lot of stress and rearranging in my travel plans. Will never use Enterprise again and I don’t recommend anyone else use them either.
