I was as usual very pleased with the service and vehicles that I have rented from Enterprise within the past 2 months. The driver that took me to my work place after returning the vehicle was pleasant.
generally i am happy with my rental from enterprise but this go around it was a bit disappointing. when i went to return the car i had to go to a different location because the one i rented from was closed, no big deal, not a problem. when i got to the open location i was 30 minutes late on returning the car, but they were so busy i had to wait another 30 min. before someone was available to check the car in. still not a problem, i get it their busy. the problem started when they tried to charge me more for the car than the ... read more
