Small car rental location at a small airport. Someone didn't return the car that was reserved for me, but they hurried to get a different one ready for me to get me on my way. Very friendly staff.
Placed a reservation 48 hours in advance. Received all the emails to confirm the reservation and check in (errors involved, sign #1). Only to get to the establishment and there are 0 rentals available. Curious; Why have the reservations as an option, if youre not going to fully reserve the vehicle and continue to rent to the highest bidder? Never seen this kind of inconsideration in businesses who make options available and don't honor them. Hoping the escalation department can turn this experience around.
