Agent was very polite and courteous. Did not have the vehicle that I requested, but gave me an upgrade.
The worse ever…..
This is the second time that I do a reservation with Enterprise and they call last minute to say they do not have a car for me. I do not know why they do reservations and the explanations they gave me did not make sense. If you cannot do your business in this little town then don't do it.
