The process was smooth from beginning to end. Only thing to call out, ensure that the client is aware that they must use a major credit card not a debit card at the time of pick up.
Customer service 4/5 star Quality of vehicles 1/5… Vehicles are beat up on the outside, scratched and heavily weathered The first vehicle I got had a chip on the windshield and made a nasty loud sound when going above 60 mph The second vehicle kept flashing the maintenance required on the dash If you’re looking for something nice, go elsewhere
Didn't get the vehicle we reserved ahead of time and requested ahead of time. The day before, we were notified and had to accept a smaller vehicle. The manager did try to fix the situation, but no vehicles were available. Not the first time enterprise has let us down, 2 yr in a row now. SMH.
