I've rented from this company for years - every time I go to Petoskey. Great location, very convenient, very kind and helpful staff !!
My fiancè and I have rented through Enterprise before with no issue. This time we had an issue. First of all the price was different than what the website had said. And second off, we were told there would be a $250 deposit due to being 21 years old. We NEVER had to have a deposit before. I'm so dissatisfied. Will not be renting through Petoskey location for a while!!!
Visited this location yesterday. Man was very rude and I felt I was bothering him. He was also ride to a coworker in front of me. Also the price was much higher than the website claims.
