I love this location but their phone service is horrible…..as I write this I’m on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone……I have called 4 times on hold for over 30mins and someone keep picking up and then hunging up on me and I keep calling back. As I’m on the phone trying to extend my rental they charge my card , never called and ask was I bring it back or extending it. Other then this I love this location I will travel from the moon to this location. So please do better with your phone service Thank You 🫶🏾💕
Great experience with renting and returning my rental while my car was in the body shop. Everyone was extremely helpful and informative.
Great customer service!! I have an enterprise center 10 minutes from my house but I travel to this location (35 minutes drive) because I always get excellent customer service.
