Super fast at pick up and drop off. Gave me a car that was over my day rate, but they ended up renting the car to me for what my day rate was from the insurance company.
I made an over the phone reservation for an 8 am pickup. When I arrived, at 8 am, I was informed that they would be unable to fulfill this obligation with no reasonable accommodation otherwise made.
I have been renting from this location for several years, and every time I am treated with courtesy and friendliness. This past rental, Amber and Preston were very helpful and gracious with securing in my rental and management, on staff at the time, was even more gracious, especially considering it was a rainy day. Horrible service. My Reservation was for 830 it’s now 0935. Still waiting. They was finishing me out on one car then the tire was an issue. Then the second one came out and being that it was my first time doing this wasn’t aware of the deposit hold. So took me a minute to add funds to my account and when I returned they had gave that car away .. so now I’m waiting yet again for another car. They have more than enough staff this is truly distasteful being that now I’m 1 hour and 30 mins behind on my trip now. JUST HORRIBLE !!... read more
