This location is by far, the best experience I have had ; when renting a vehicle ever. Everyone was very helpful. Great Jobs!
Very very bad experience. The company found one very very non-obvious dent when we return the car. They insisted that it is our responsibility. However, it is really very non-obvious. When we pick up the car, the staff just asked us to check whether there is any scratches. They did not ask us to check any dent. The dent is really hard to find, especially when the car is clean. We have not had any incident during the renting. We doubt the dent exists before we rent the car. But the company insist that we should be responsible... read more
