Non existent customer service. I reserved a car 2 days ago specifically a convertible and then called later that day to request a pick-up. I was informed by an Eric that they are short staff and pick up was not possible and by the way my requested car would not be available. I asked for clarification and told me I would have to find a car that has vehicle to my disbelief. Enterprise remains the most reliable rent a car company for my family. Specifically the Harford Rd location. Ariq G. took care of us this time. Very nice and accommodated us when the expected vehicle wasn’t available. We only use this location because the customer service is always top notch. I appreciate how personable the staff members are. Thank you for making sure our rental met our needs.
We were in and out of here super fast to get our rental after an accident. They even picked us up from the auto repair place to make sure we had a vehicle as soon as ours was out of commission in the shop
