Horrible experience at this location the worst customer service i ever received from a manager by the name of Simeon.DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! I reserved a car thru my insurance claim only to get to this location for them to tell me they don’t have any cars available the manager then preceded to tell me i can call around an check because all ENTERPRISES are independently owned and that he couldn’t check other locations inventory, this is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I love this enterprise on harford road. Nice staff, very efficient and communicative - they really try to make customers happy.
The worst representation of Enterprise.com the vehicle i reserved . And received confirmation to pick up at location of 6811 Hartford .. the Manager said he has no cars available His name is Jason .. and I would have to go to another location to SEE if anything was available very Piss poor management. Never rent from this location
