Jason and Josh are my favorite guys..very polite and knowledgeable ..both are very courteous
Jason and Josh at the Light Street location were very helpful and displayed excellent customer service skills. Jason, the manager, even went above and beyond in allowing me to switch out my rental the next day to accommodate my need to have a vehicle with more space. The Toyota Corolla was an excellent choice and I was comfortable until my personal car was repaired. Me and family were driving back from Baltimore. The car we rented was having some issues. Went here for a swap. The guy (cant recall his name) quickly accommodated us and did all the necessary paper work. We were back on road in less than 10 minutes. Excellent service!!
