Rented a car to take a trip to Texas. I dealt with 2 young men, Dillon and a young man wearing a derby hat. Both had great customer service skills. This is important in this day and age. I will go back if I need to rent again and will definitely recommend this Enterprise
We rented a car in another part of Oklahoma to drive to Oklahoma City, then for a 10 hour drive after that. Discovered the car did not have cruise control, so I took the car by this Enterprise to see about exchanging it. Tristan at this location not only exchanged the vehicle, but also upgraded it at no charge! I highly recommend that if you need a rental car, and either you or your insurance is paying for it, go to this . I'm an in no way associated with any of the people who work here nor do I know any of them outside of my experience here. I called around before finding out that these guys will work with you and/or your insurance company to get you in a car for as little money out of pocket as possible.
