The Cape location is as good as the best of any Enterprise location we've rented from - including at least 15 others across the country and on both coasts. They were well staffed and quickly and efficiently handled the steady flow of arriving customers. The location was as busy as some airport rental desks we've experienced in major airports - and the service was excellent, friendly and informative. The service I recieved was great, the car they gave me was horrible! I even asked if the cars were looked over (mechanically) prior to rental and was assured that they were. Well let me tell you this car did not make me feel safe at all especially traveling with my 5 year old daughter. The breaks squeaked and shook, the front end pulled very hard to the left which was very discomforting driving nearly 600 miles through heavy highway traffic. Very professional and does not use high pressure sales to upgrade your car. The car I ended up with was clean and ran great, I also like that they called to check in,however, it was a much bigger car than I am used to and I found it difficult to drive.
