I had an horrible experience at this enterprise location. I reserved a standard car for a week to drive to atlanta for the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival at enterprise the representative showed me to the rental car, which was in desperate need of a car wash. The inside and outside were filthy. There was a random liquid spilled in multiple compartments, food crumbs on the floors and seats, and dog hair all over the seats. Staff is overwhelmed with business every time I come in. I rent once a month for my out of town needs and even though I reserve a car at least two weeks in advance, the selection of cars is slim. The last car I rented had a foul odor with large stains on the seats. It was the only car available so I had no choice!
I have nothing but good things to say about Enterprise. I have rented from several different locations in the Nashville area and the staff is always friendly and courteous. The staff at the Clarksville Pike location is superb and have become like family since I am in there almost monthly for a rental. Kudos to Clarksville Pike for always making my rental experiences hassle free!
