I was accused of having damaged/scrapped the rim of the left headlight. I used the car primarily for doctors’ appointments. Drove it a total of 581 miles in 28 days. The car sat in my garage the entire time. I object to having my insurance company being milked this way. Your practices are unprofessional and damaging to my reputation and my insurance rates. A retraction would be most welcomed.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at an enterprise made a reservation months in advance arrived at the enterprise no Vehicle that match my preference for my reservation and they wouldn’t give me an upgrade do to them holding vehicles for vandy people and it’s 12p and we still don’t have a vehicle
It's hot outside. I'm a mover and was impressed by how professional the woman was who checked me in when I returned my rental. I work in the heat and I can tell you I would not have been as well-composed as she. Thank y'all
Aurora Tennant did an exceptional job assisting me Sept 3rd and 4th. I don't usually rent cars so it was so nice that she made everything easy by taking photos of a bumper that was a bit off before I took the car. I would definitely go back at this location due to how kind and efficient she was.
Pick up date was wrong, and I had to scramble to find a rental for a business trip. D'Asia (spelling might be wrong) was wonderful and arranged a car on the spot. Thank you!!
