Reserved a car for pickup. Get to the location on day of reservation and was told there were no cars for me. Another customer there to pickup at the same time was told the same thing. I asked if I could get a different class and they said I could come back in 3 days!!! The employee said they tried to call me but didn’t have a number on file.
