Where has customer gone to these days. When you cannot call an ET location direct and get help- that is terrible customer service. Nobody knows how to do anything anymore to help a customer out!

Courteous sales person who was able to meet our needs to carry a wheelchair. Pick up and delivery was flawless
Horrible customer service, don't listen, bill improperly and impossible to fix it! On top of that, the car breaks down. But at least they charge fast more than other rental companies. Next time, other rental company
On 4/19 I scheduled a personal economy compact vehicle to return on 4/23. Upon seeing the car I was informed on the front passenger tire having zip ties on the rim of the tire. After arriving home I saw that all four tires have the rims zipped tied. This is a safety hazard amongst other things as well. I was charged $275 for the car and was asked if I wanted to pay an additional $30 a day for vehicle protection. That would be nearly $400 to rent a car that is unsafe for the roads.
