Had a lovely experience with this facility while my car was in the repair shop! I'd originally stopped in at a another Enterprise location in town that had a "be back soon" sign on the door (spoiler: after an hour, they still weren't back). After Ubering to this location, Jackson at the front desk was quick to get my rental situation sorted and walk me through everything quickly. Wonderful customer service! Everyone was able to clearly and kindly answer all my questions. This was my first rental due to an insurance claim, and the staff made the process easy. And the car was pristine.
