I edited this post based on talking with Johnathan, professional and helpful. Changed my mind on this location.
The car was filthy, due for an oil change, had a dying FOB, and the windshield wipers desperately needed to be replaced which was lovely to find out in a serious thunderstorm this week. I was given the impression a rental would be dropped off to me at the mechanic shop, instead I was picked up by a shuttle driver that made me feel incredibly uncomfortable as a woman alone. I will never be returning to this poorly operated location. Dirty, unsafe, and mismanaged.
Everything went great, had no issues. Staff is very friendly.
The phone receptionist Luke is incredibly rude (and was also rude to the Nationwide manager handling my claim) & they switched my existing Enterprise Plus account to my wife's name from mine even though she wasn't involved in anything outside of the wrecked vehicle (reason a rental was being paid for) being in her name. Awful experience & so glad I don't rent from this location normally.
The entire experience was effortless. The people were very nice and pleasant.
