Very fast and efficient.
Just use Phillips store or 3rd street, this store consistently over books and does not have vehicles available at pick up time. They know how to take the reservation just not how hold the reservation.
This Enterprise store was great with customer service! Efficient and polite! Very energetic manager! Driver home was super polite and pleasant as well! The car was clean too! With no issues of any smoke smell! A plus for me! I did have issues with the Nissan, no fault of the store, but the mgt was right on it to help me out and offered up another car!
