I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at 4106 Southside Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida. As a Platinum member, I made a reservation using my accumulated reward points to redeem two complimentary rental days. Excellent service.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. We had reserved a car for pick-up, but the associate Brandon said there were no cars in the lot to accommodate the reserved car, which needed an oil change and couldn't be rented. NO he did not try to find another one stating they were on two separate systems. I do not blame Brandon as he does not control anything but it is crazy when asked for his manager was told he could not give out that information. REALLY?
