I’m not sure if this location is understaffed or what but aside from the wait time, the customer service was great.
Best car rental
“Jacob and Matt at the Southside Blvd location in Jacksonville, FL provided outstanding service during both pickup and return. Even though they appeared very busy and short-staffed, they remained calm, friendly, and professional. I was especially grateful for their honesty in returning my Apple AirPods that I left in the car. They both deserve recognition for their excellent service.”
