Excellent customer service.
Made a reservation online for a specific car to be picked up at a specific time. Upon arrival at the specified time, this location did NOT have the car ready. In fact, they did not have a van on their lot at all! The point of an online reservation is to ensure that the car is ready upon arrival! Completely unacceptable. This location had to call other locations and completely wasted an hour of our time. Made us drive further to another location for an SUV. Very displeased with this location.
