If I could leave a negative star I would. I work for a major insurance company as a total loss claim specialist and know the ends and outs of damages and estimates on a vehicle. I returned my rent a car today and had the worst experience ever with Tyler, that man is the worst person to have running that store, he has no empathy what so ever. I have been renting from Enterprise for well over 10 years and I have never been treated the way I was at this enterprise location. The manager Tyler G. has absolutely zero customer service skills. We were in a vehicle that was experiencing engine failure that we had rented from another location and limped our way to this location to see if they could help us. My father had a reservation for 9:30 am and he asked for a courtesy car to come pick him up which they said could take 1 hour or less. Well by the time they did show up it was 11. My dad’s drs appointments that he really needed to go to had to get rescheduled. If they had been here at or before 10:30 he would’ve been fine and made his appointment. Terrible place to rent a car I reserved a car 2 days earlier then needed and of course they had no cars to give me at my promised time said they would call or text when my car is ready to pick up 2 hours later I am still waiting for my car. I guess my plans got the weekend are ruined thanks a lot Enterprise! I’m the dumb or should I say stupid one that gave enterprise another chance yup last rental I also had issues with enterprise never again!!!
