I’ve rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car a few times, but this specific location was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and acknowledged even while waiting in line. Once it was my turn, everything was quick and seamless. Thankful for the professional Staff that were very accommodating after one of the scariest times for my Family. We were rear-ended at full stop in a random accident with all 3 of my children inside. Atem assisted me in collecting my rental. I was a little picky and he helped me upgrade. His energy and professionalism was great. Happy birthday! Tony assisted with my return and quick to the he point, yet remained professional. I pass many other locations nearby my house to use this location. It’s the customer service that makes me choose this location for years.
Great service employees on time to assist. I drove about 150miles, only spending $35 on fuel car was perfect.
