Excellent site customer service.
Everyone was really nice, and even though the store was swamped I still feel like I helped in a timely matter. As well as on pickup I had some clerical issues on my side, and even though it was really busy the staff took the time to genuinely help me out.
Keenan at this location is so amazing! Another company gave my rental away and I booked a new one and I called this location to make sure theyd have a vehicle. Keegan assured me that he'd have me in and out in no time. When I arrived. He tended to my every concern and had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. I was already running late for my trip, but Keenan made sure I wasn't falling anymore behind than I already had. He gets 10 stars from me. He needs a raise!
