Ramsey checked me in and pre-checked the rental car in a timely manner once I got there. Herb checked me out and told me that "the car was so clean that it didn't looked like I moved it." LOL. Both were professional guys. All I had to do is step in say hi and step out and say Bye. Contact info was sent during my rental service and ask me for my suggestions that would've made my rental experience. I said nothing because it was exellent. They took care of me so well pick me up and when I return the car return me and my son back at the train station.
