I have been using enterprise for the last 6 years as a 1099 contractor. Both in Orlando and Jacksonville. This location is subpar. The customer service is horrible. Yes, my company assigns mid sized cars, and no fault of mine they upgrade. Again, not of my asking. This morning i went to pick up a vehicle after they told my company that one would be ready on yesterday… Never received a callback as they promised. Booked a truck for today. The lady at the front desk lied about having the wrong phone number. They always do this crap. You book a vehicle and they wait when you come in to switch it. Very rude and unprofessional.
Quick and easy
The absolute worst experience ever trying to rent a car. No internal communications between branches and customer service. Left me high and dry 2 days in a row after assurances they would meet me. No longer can I recommend Enterprise. Look for their local competitors.
The customer service on Lem Turner in Jacksonville is top tier. They come through for me everytime.
